In fall 2019 when COVID started to spread in Wuhan, China, US did not enact quickly to limit foreign travelers into US. Granted that there was NO COVID testing and vaccination at that time. The lack of quick response to the spread of respiratory-related virus led to the 2020 pandemic. US alone has exceeded one million death. Hopefully we will not revisit the same situation in 2020 again.
