If this ETF ever grows into multi-billion AUM, it may face regulatory constraints. A recent example of that was futures-based oil/WTI USO that was forced to change original strategy of rolling all near-term oil futures within a few days as the SEC, CFTC and Exchange became concerned by market impact.
