In the OLD charts, Comparison tab has been inactive for quite a while.
In the NEW charts, the Interactive Charts feature (that leads to Comparison tab) works for Premium login, doesn't work without login, and the status is unclear with basic/free login.
It works fine with a basic/free login. Since that's free, all one need to do to test it out is create a non-premium account using a second email address.
