Delta tests using Starlink internet for its passenger flights

Elon Musk’s satellite-internet business is pushing to provide wireless internet on airplanes—long a source of frustration among travelers—with at least one major carrier, Delta Air Lines Inc., testing the offering. The Atlanta-based airline has held talks with SpaceX’s broadband unit, called Starlink, and conducted exploratory tests of Starlink’s technology, Delta Chief Executive Ed Bastian said in a recent interview. He declined to discuss details.
