The long-running foot-stomping jazz musical Chicago is among those reopening tonight. Always a great show. Reasonable prices. Small intimate theater.
But how would you like to be an usher charged with making sure everyone is wearing a face mask all through the performance? (Alcohol consumption is common at Broadway shows.)
Normally, they have a hard time enforcing the common rule that cellphones be turned off. I can’t imagine the nightmare that could develop for patrons and employees alike with face masks mandated..
