These vary greatly in quality week-to-week. This one’s pretty decent. Rick Rieder of Blackrock, makes a point I’ve been mulling for some time: The issues that
might tank the economy this time around are unique in that they relate to “not enough supply” rather than “not enough demand.” Demand from consumers is high, but labor shortages, materials shortages, supply chain issues, etc are restraining the economy.
(If Bloomberg had 3 or 4 other contributors as good as Rieder, the show might be worthy of its 1970s-90s namesake.)
