“Comcast Corp.’s NBCUniversal has hired an executive from measurement giant Nielsen to help steer its effort to better show marketers the effectiveness of buying TV and digital ads across its properties. The company named Kelly Abcarian, who had been general manager of Nielsen’s Advanced Video Advertising Group, to be executive vice president of measurement and impact , a newly created role. She will report to Krishan Bhatia, president and chief business officer of advertising and partnerships at NBCUniversal.”From
