Excellent PBS interview - 26 minutes. If short on time, you might want to start at the 21-minute mark where the question of a Presidential self-pardon is addressed. And a great one-liner from Olson near the end of interview.
You will recall that these attorneys represented opposing sides in the 2000 Bush v Gore post-election litigation. What you might not recall is that Olson lost his wife shortly after. Barbara Olson, a highly talented nationally known conservative political commentator, was aboard one of the planes downed during the the “9-11” terrorist attacks.
