I am in the process of setting up a small account with an advisor who uses IBKR. So far the firm is completely unresponsive to my requests for copies of the agreements etc. They wont answer their phone claiming "high market activity". They do have a very good two factor sign in process
Don't use IBKR here for investing. What are you seeking that you cannot get from Schwab/Fidelity in terms of platform reliability, fast response, customer support?
