Hertz Bankruptcy

It's interesting to see which companies this political admnistration chooses to bailout and which it leaves high and dry. Hertz had 38,000 employees at the start of 2020 and was considered reasonably healthy. It has since laid off 12,000 employees and furloughed another 4,000: https://cnn.com/2020/05/22/business/hertz-bankruptcy/index.html
Meanwhile, the company distributed $16.2 million to executives on May 19th: https://businessinsider.com/hertz-bankruptcy-ceo-top-executives-giant-payday-2020-5
