If it stops here, the market damage is not all that severe. The Russell 3000 is up 6.9% for the trailing 12 months and 12.5% annualized for 10 years. The Morningstar US Small Cap is down 4.8% for the trailing 12 months, but it is up 10.6% annualized for the trailing 10 years. The MSCI EAFE is up 2.4% for the trailing 12 months and 5.2% annualized for the trailing 10 years.
