It’s not over yet, folks. The 38-year bull market in bonds has again shown an uncanny ability to rear its head just as its strength seemed to be waning. While it would appear that there’s little room to run after three interest-rate cuts by the Federal Reserve last year and a positive outlook for the U.S. and global economies, strategists aren’t calling the end of an era.
