18% discount right now. I owned this thing way back in 1995 or so and made a small profit. Urgent to sell: divorce back then. Since then, Ireland has been through the real estate crash, and the "Irish Tiger" is not the powerful beast it once was. Last time I was there (and Northern Ireland) was in 2009. The currency exchange was killing me, with the euro. Not so bad, these days. Will the Brits EVER figure out this BREXIT business? The border has become rather porous. Good for business. What becomes of the situation on October 31st--- the deadline? Of course, Northern Ireland and Scotland and even Gibraltar voted AGAINST Brexit. The majority in each location wants to REMAIN.
