IBD: Can Fed And Best Bond Funds Save This Year's Investment Performance?

FYI: U.S. bond markets rallied in August, benefiting from a sharp drop in rates and resulting in a further inversion of the yield curve. The best bond funds of the month were general U.S. Treasuries, which galloped 6.2%.
