FYI: There are lots of inexpensive Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) out there, but it can be a challenge to assemble them into a coherent portfolio. Here we'll walk through that process. Remember, simple does not mean bad. Often, complexity in investing can cause its own problems. However, if you want to finesse the portfolio with your own tilts and preferred funds, that works too, but hopefully this approach gets you started without paying up too much in fees.
