Good idea. I would put 'reserved for future post' in the title next time.
That guy is executing a number two round kick according to my style (of Taekwondo). It is effective and powerful against stationary objects, boards etc.
Unfortunately, it is not very effective in sparring because it is telegraphing the move way in advance. In sparring, #1 (executed using the front leg instead of back) is a more effective, faster move.
