Why Health Care Stocks, XLV ETF Are Lagging

FYI: The performance of health care stocks this year is noticeably ho-hum. In a year the broad SPDR S&P 500 Trust ETF (SPY) is up more than 20% and hitting highs, the Health Care Select SPDR Fund (XLV) is up just 7%.
