FYI: Because mutual fund flows can impact securities prices, the relationship between investment flows and the performance of factors and mutual funds is of great interest. For example, do investors naively look only at raw returns when making asset allocation decisions, or do they adjust returns for risk, and exposure to various factors, using an asset pricing model?
