I plugged that into the MFO "Search" box, and there were no results other than your post. Congratulations (I guess)... you seem to fave found an animal that no one here has ever mentioned before!
My kind of fund. Tried buying it in January but VGCIX not available at TD Ameritrade and Its other class VGCAX not available to my segment meaning it is an advisor only fund. Fund was brought to my attention in December here by @STB65.
