Exxon shareholders want action on climate change. The SEC calls it micromanagement.
My feelings are that shareholders should have more of a voice with respect towards how a company is run than some idiot with a tweety account. I'd like to give a company's management the benefit of the doubt but sometimes you'd like a full explanation of why they do what they do or don't do.
