I have. A (sort of) downside is that not all open T. Rowe Price funds can be purchased in a new account at Fidelity. For example, even before PRIDX closed completely, it was not possible to buy it at Fidelity.
Fidelity will charge trading fees if you trade in and out of a fund too quickly (typically 60 days). This is in addition to any short term redemption fee the fund might have.
Othewise, no more up or downsides than with any other NTF funds.
The open retail TRP funds have been available in Fidelity NTF platform. So are a number of closed funds as well. This year TRP funds are available in Vanguard's NTF platform as well. As always one will be subject to the brokerage's holding period. The upside is that it allows investors to consolidate their funds under one brokerage for better management.
