James Paulsen is a Perma-Bull and his opinion should be treated appropriately. He was persistently bullish during the ENTIRE bear market of late 2007 into Early 2009 and kept arguing that the market was inexpensively valued, as if that made any difference during a period when the entire financial system was imploding. IMHO, his prognostications are thoroughly worthless.
