FYI: Chicago has become the first major U.S. city to achieve a carbon-neutral portfolio, blazing the trail for other local governments as sustainable investing picks up steam.

“It’s our goal to be the tip of the spear here,” said the City of Chicago’s treasurer Kurt Summers.
