Reply to @BobC: First saw this in The International Herald Tribune - the European version of the NYT. In the Tribune the article carries a different title: "The Bears Return to the Bond Market." My take on just one read is that Norris is either referring to the big players who are voicing alarm or to the specter of an approaching debacle. Recent data by Ted & others appears to support continued inflows into bond funds.
