FYI: As asset managers strive to get their exchange-trade funds in front of as many investors as possible, Goldman Sachs is making a push to expand one distribution channel for its funds.

Today its asset management unit plans to announce it is acquiring Standard & Poor’s model portfolio business, which offers portfolios constructed with ETFs and mutual funds to financial advisors to use for their clients.
Regards,
Ted
