FYI: There are multiple reasons an investor might worry about owning sovereign debt, but you wouldn’t know it from looking at the Treasury market. Ever since the Federal Reserve signaled that it would put its rate increases on hold, Treasuries have rallied broadly, and volatility in that market has collapsed.
