The Week Ahead In The Market

FYI: Points

.The Fed is the big story the week ahead, and while it should sound dovish for markets, some analyst say the reaction could be more neutral as it is already priced in.

.The Fed meeting comes as the S&P 500, up 2.9 percent in the past week, is tackling a key resistance area, that it must break through in order to ‘break out’ and return to its highs.

.Economic data is very important, as a necessary catalyst to move stocks ahead — and there is PMI manufacturing and service sector data Friday, as well as home sales and Philly Fed Thursday.
