Global Dividend Growth This Year May Be Slowest Since 2016
FYI: Global dividend growth is slowing down, according to IHS Markit .
The London-based financial data and analytics firm forecasts that disbursements will total about $1.8 trillion in 2019, up 6% from $1.7 trillion last year. The total payout for 2018 rose 14.3% over the previous year’s level, and the growth figures in 2017 and 2016 were 9.4% and 3.3%, respectively.
