I was just reading Barron's Dec 24 2018 issue (Forsyth article: the worst week in a decade). He mentioned that a big closed-end fund (from one of the largest managers) plummeted on Dec 20 when it crossed its IPO price (he is quoting Steve O'Neill from RiverNorth Capital Management). He wouldn't mention the CEF. Does anyone have any idea which CEF he is talking about? Thanks.
