PIE is mentioned a a better performer verses VWO. If one were to go further out on the ER spectrum WAEMX (ER is close to 2%) but, on a comparison basis worth the cost. Here are the three investment compared over PIE short lifespan. Thanks Bob C and others for finding this fund...I like Wasatch as an overall management company.
