I am considering purchasing more TIPs. Much of the commentary I read suggests that TIPs are overpriced and that the "expected" future return on TIPs is less than zero. I'm not certain how the "expected" future return is calculated, but it does sound discouraging. Yet TIPs continure to show favorable returns. Any ideas? Thanks!
