FYI: (Might be the case that this time a stopped clock could be right. HSGFX is up 7.8% YTD , while the SP& 500 is down 7.8%)

In other words, investment market performance in 2019 could closely resemble the last half of 2018.
Over time, Hussman realized the Fed’s quantitative easing program and perhaps other factors meant that the current environment was different.
