FYI: Emerging-markets investors started the week anticipating a spurt upward, catalyzed by the 90-day truce in the U.S.-China trade war. They are ending it by trying to keep cool heads through market panic. “Nothing has changed as a result of last weekend,” says Eric Moffett, manager of the T. Rowe Price Asia Opportunities fund (ticker: TRAOX). “We are focused on holding high-quality companies.”
