FYI: The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended November at 25,538.46, up 3.3% year-to-date and 5.2% below its all-time intraday high of 26,951.81 set on October 3. The average set its 2018 low of 23,344.52 on April 2, then rebounded to my annual pivot of 24,666. In the second half of 2018, my semiannual pivot became a magnet at 24,323. This describes the low end of the range in December with my risky level for this month at 26,315, which should prevent a new high.
