At 70, he has been retired and living in a mild climate for nearly five years. He has been divorced since the early 2000s, but he's in a committed relationship with a widow who lives nearby. His adult daughter is a big part of his life, too.
"We're very close, and I'm delighted that she is willing to talk to me about her career, relationships, and finances," Ted wrote.
