FYI: he moral high ground comes with sacrifice. That’s been the No. 1 argument against environmental, social, and governance funds since they arrived on the scene in the 1970s. Academic literature proving otherwise has since proliferated, and assets in ESG strategies have hit $12 trillion, thanks, in part, to concern about Trump administration policies.

Now, we have real-time data shows some of the biggest ESG exchange-traded funds kept pace with the rest of the market during the most recent bout of investor jitters.
