FYI: A new survey landed in the usual place Wednesday, from professional investor community SumZero. It deals with a topic that often draws opprobrium in public discourse: compensation.

For those of you who do not know the site, SumZero provides a platform for analysts, portfolio managers and the like to pitch investment ideas, network and job-hunt. It boasts around 15,000 users who are pre-screened to verify their identities. No Russian bots shilling Gazprom here apparently.
