Apple’s Earnings Are Already Hitting The Dow Jones Industrial Average

FYI: 5:11 p.m. Apple’s (AAPL) disappointing guidance is already hitting the stock market, and could end the Dow Jones Industrial Average’s three-day winning streak.

Yes, the market is closed, but that trading is still going on. Apple’s shares are off 4.4% at $212.45, and its loss is already being felt by the ETFs that track the major indexes. The Invesco QQQ ETF (QQQ), which tracks the Nasdaq-100, is off 0.7% at $170.87, while the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), has fallen 0.3% to $272.78, and the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF (DIA) has declined 0.3% to $252.96.

Ted
