Tedd Rossman of CreditCards.com said that not only have card rates hit an all-time high with the average rate now above 17 percent, but noted that he wouldn't be surprised if the average is past 18 next year. Bill Stone of Avalon Advisors said that the market's recent volatility is 'a return to normal,' and urged people to simply get used to it. Kyle Guske of New Constructs warned against some egregiously priced mutual funds in the Danger Zone, and Chuck answered a question about how mutual fund gains are taxed.
