ETF Of The Week: Tiny Tech Fund Tops Returns: (XWEB)

FYI: Earlier this week, when my colleague Sumit Roy dug into the year's top-performing ETFs, he found something surprising.

Year-to-date, the SPDR S&P Internet ETF (XWEB) has outperformed all other ETFs, rising 41.8% from Jan. 1 to Oct. 1 (read: "Top Performing ETFs Of The Year").
