FYI: Dow Jones futures fell Thursday morning, along with S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq futures, as Treasury yields continued to rise. Cloudera (CLDR) and Hortonworks (HDP) skyrocketed on a merger deal. Marijuana stock IPO Tilray (TLRY) retreated on a convertible debt offering. HP Inc. (HPQ) raised its dividend and gave fiscal 2019 earnings guidance. Long-suffering Barnes & Noble (BKS) said it may put itself up for sale
