MAPOX and MSCFX

edited November 2012 in Fund Discussions
MAPOX is Mairs and Power Balanced. Long history. Surely it is a known thing among the veterans here. I just got in, this past Spring. Happy with it. Moderate risk, and the returns are swell, plus a quarterly div.

MSCFX is M & P Small-cap. A bit over a year old. It's no longer on fire, but poised to re-ignite. Its returns are no longer beyond belief, merely stellar. Have a look...

You might peer in at our profile for Small Cap. A bit dated but not awful.
  • Dear Max: Mairs & Power Balanced is a great fund in the tradition of the late George Mairs III one of the best fund managers who ever lived. The lesson he taught was "invest in what you know"

  • Thumbs up, man. In 2012, I devoted all of my $6,000.00 IRA money to these two funds.
