The Closing Bell: Wall Street Slides On Tech Weakness, Nike Drags On Dow
FYI: S&P 500 and Nasdaq come off five straight monthly gains.
U.S. stocks traded lower Tuesday but came off of intraday lows following a strong reading on manufacturing activity as investors looked ahead to the latest developments on trade policy. Nike was the biggest laggard on the Dow on Tuesday
Investors were returning from a three-day weekend that saw most U.S. markets closed Monday in observance of Labor Day.
Eight of the eleven S&P 500 Sectors were, down with Consumer Discretionary, Financials & Utilities in the green. Regards, Ted
