In Bullish Move, Buffett’s Berkshire Lifts Cap On Buybacks

FYI The conglomerate has previously had a cap of 120% of book value on share repurchases and has not bought back any shares since 2012.
Berkshire Hathaway (ticker: BRK.A) has changed its policy on share repurchases, announcing late today that the company can buy back stock at any time if both CEO Warren Buffett and vice chairman Charlie Munger “believe that the repurchase price is below Berkshire’s intrinsic value, conservatively determined.
