FYI: U.S. stocks rose on Tuesday as gains in technology, consumer discretionary stocks and General Electric (GE.N) helped Wall Street recover from a sharp sell-off a day earlier on spiraling global trade tensions.

Rebounds is kinda stretching the implication of the name a bit, eh?

Moved up slightly as a percentage from the previous days sell off reads about right.....

Rebounds in this case is what I would expect to read on an advisors outdoor electronic display along the street.
