One Giant Leap For Small-Caps: S&P 600 At Record High

FYI: The S&P 600 index closed at a new all-time high Friday, surging 5.4% year-to-date. In fact, the small-cap index has been outpacing its large-cap counterpart--the S&P 500--over the past few months.
