agree, mo. i ve kept one of my 401K intact for over 8 years and will continue to do so because of the quality of the offerings and reasonable expense ratios. my smaller and "loaded" 401K got converted to Fidelity right after my departure, and, ultimately to Roth. the fees were making me cringe.
