From the article: "On the other hand, lower yields on mortgage securities mean banks that hold them will earn less investment income." One year ago would have been the buy for this area for those who choose to buy low and sell high.....or speculate. This sector stew appears to be fully cooked at this time; and if the equity markets sell back during the next 6 months, one may expect this sector to give back all of the gains currently in place, eh??? One the other hand, I have had only one cup of coffee, as of this write.

What say you, John?
Appears banks are already priced enough
No doubt. But that does not make the sector a buy at this time.
