    That is what interests me and makes me wonder why coffee at this point? Although the FDA link I posted is admittedly old, I have to wonder if the baby food industry has already reduced the acrylamide content in their products because that seems like one whopper of a lawsuit against Gerber if they haven't. Those levels on the FDA list on some Gerber baby foods were surprisingly high and they are not diluted like coffee.
