What Are the Better Financial News Sites For Bond Information?
Hi @Maurice Don't recall if you use Fidelity or not; but this is Fidelity's internal bond page. Near the bottom is their learning, education section with clickable links. May be of help. If you do have a Fido acct.; there is a method to set real time quotes via a 'watch list' when logged in.
@Maurice WSJ link to various bond data page and other links. I don't know if these update real time or not; as I have not looked during the open market.
The way I follow stocks, bonds, etc. is through etfs. I set the etf tickers I wish to follow up in Morningstars Portfolio Manager. In portfolio manager there is a tracking option that can be set to update every 30 seconds, minute, etc. This is how I follow how stocks and bonds are trading through the day. I have a 500 Index Compass that follows the sectors. I have a Bond Compass set up that follows fixed income. And, I have a Global Compass set up to follow most foreign assets. You can follow what you wish this way.
In addition, you might find the FINBIZ site helpful. There are a bunch of things that can be followed from major indices, commodities, treasuries, metals, currencies, etc.
